About the Maker
“I’ve been working as a writer and producer for many years but in 2016, after many foodie courses and a life long love of chocolate under my belt (literally!) I started London Maker so I could concentrate on perfecting the ultimate plant based chocolate. I learned all I could about the process of raw chocolate making, because I felt it was important to try and keep all the natural good properties of the cacao intact. I learned about stonegrinding, tempering and all the complex elements that go into making premium chocolate. I am lucky to have such a creative, delicious job and I hope to share my chocolate with everyone who is keen to eat vegan without feeling any compromise on taste and quality.”

London Maker is a start up social enterprise business, soon to offer classes and demonstrations for parents and children with an interest in making their own healthy treats.
Keep this chocolate AIRTIGHT. Do not put in a fridge! (It is hydro porous ). Your chocolate should last up to a year airtight.
